I’m trying to be more consistent with self-discipline and stop spiraling every time something goes wrong. Are there any good apps that help with emotional regulation and mindset—not just tracking but actual guidance?

Oh man, I relate to that so much—it’s hard to find apps that go beyond surface-level advice. I used to bounce between journaling apps and habit trackers, but none of them really addressed the emotional side of things. I recently found something that felt different. If you haven’t checked out the liven app reviews, I highly recommend taking a look. People seem to really resonate with how it helps reframe thoughts and build healthier habits over time. It’s more like a guide than a tool, honestly—there’s structure, but it’s not overwhelming. What I liked most was how it helped with emotional regulation in everyday moments, not just when I was in crisis. Worth reading some of those reviews to see if it feels right for you too.

What you described sounds a lot more grounded than the usual “just be productive” stuff. Going to try it and see if it helps me get some structure back.
